In a recent auction I had bid $15.00 for my maximum. I considered it about double the usual price, but wanted the chip, so mark me stupid. 
At the close of the auction someone else had won with a bid of $15.01
I thought you had to go 50c higher than the previous Proxy bid?
What am I missing here.
No hard feelings since it's a fellow WI collector and I was kind of hesitant to bid it up so high. Now I don't have to feel bad, he got the chip.
