I think the chip from the Nevada Club is not a Roulette. It is a "La Vern Redfield" chip. Mr. Redfield was a wealthy eccentric that lived in Reno and played high stakes games at the Nevada Club. They had special non denomination chips for him to use. You can check it on Paul's site -

The story I heard (never verified) about Mr. Redfield was that he would walk into town every day (his car had a dead battery and he refused to buy a new one), gamble a bit and then stop by the courthouse to bid on property that was in foreclosure. He was apparently a significant land owner - there is a shopping center named after him across the street from the convention center.
