I saw Dave's post below about TI calling in their old chips, which prompted a possibly stupid question in my mind...Let's say a bunch of folks turn in a bunch of the LE chips from the list to the cage (yeah, right). Now the cage has a bunch back. What if a collector comes around and asks the cage for them--will they sell them to you or refuse? Once they're back, are they back for good, or would that be a good time for us to go harvesting? Thanks in advance for the info!
