I just received a response from the original seller (stevies-room)...his response is as follows:

Hi, I have had numerous questions about that. I was selling the chips for a client of mine. The client is ebay seller user ID stepn2myoffice. He has decided to sell the chips himself using his ebay user ID(stepn2myoffice). The auctions are legit he does have the chips. If you should have anymore questions I will be happy to answer them. Thanks
