New image 15 seconds.
Once again, it's not just you and I don't want to fill the BB with "Hey can you make the picture the size of a screen." posts.
People take all the time to make a scan and crop it, maybe edit the image and them post it here. If it's huge, many of the readers will never view it.
I know I never saw the entire giant scan of the Four Queens limited edition dice that were attached to every message for a couple of days.
I didn't look at the whole page of indian chips that Duke just posted.
I've never seen most of the postcards that Mark puts up on here, and if I did, I could only see 25% or less of each one, at any time.
So the point is that if someone is going to take all that time and effort and you want just about everyone to see it, then make the image under 640 x 480. (which is actualy larger than most peoples monitors, but easy to remember.)
This following scan may be too small, but the chips are actual size on my monitor. Now I need to look on the bigger system and see what they look like. It's 400 x 338
Example:
300 x 152 larger than life.
They take seconds to load and have enough information for anyone to see the details of the chip design.
I don't have the precise accurate information, since monitors have changed, but the limiting factor is the monitor on your computer which takes a bazillion pixel image and makes it look the same as a 300 DPI image.
