That's absolutely correct, it's Vic Galante. He had a few posts on this board on the 15th and 16th of this month, but apparently not too many before that (none that I came across). He does stand behind his S&H-gouging policy with no apologies, as Will pointed out, but he doesn't seem to understand the reasoning behind why it's a bad idea. Also, as I mentioned earlier, he's a bit of a hypocrite in this matter. He had two or three multiple-item purchases from other sellers who were happy to reduce his postage. Not sure what prompted that strategy of his, but it takes all kinds to make a world.
