you cannot leave negative feedback concerning s/h charges. Ebay makes that very clear, negative feedback is only for problems concerning the item.
Check the big wholesalers on Ebay and you will find s/h charges of $20-$30 for items that cost a small fraction of those amts. to ship. Before a bid is placed it is wise to know what the final costs will be including the s/h cost. Even on TV the products being hawked will have a s/h cost of sometimes 1/2 the price of the item being sold. You just have to consider the total price incl. the s/h in the price of the item.
