() The actual shipping from the UK to the US for one chip is as follows:
8 to 10g chip - $1.10
11.5g chip - $1.70
CIC etc. chip - $2
It works out on average $1.70 - my 'handling charge' is the 10c cost of the padded envelope which i always use - so I charge $1.80
The airmail rates go up per 1/2 oz from the UK, so there is an additional cost per chip, which again I charge at cost. So they pay for the postage and one envelope. I do not charge for wrapping, chip sleeves, labels or business cards - they are a business cost, in the same way as ebay or paypal fees.
