I dont disagree with the action suggested. One must always remember however to pay first. Firstly it is likely that the seller will have already left you feedback (descriptions that say feedback will be left when you have left feedback for me are STRICTLY ILLEGAL). If they havnt left feedback yet but do following yours, this is one of the rare examples where Ebay would be prepared to consider removing the negative if you can justify it.

One of the people on this board successfully had one removed several months ago for the same reason.
