The seller is quite clear in the auction listing about the shipping fees. As a bidder, you can accept them and bid or not accept them and not bid. I am not saying that I believe the seller is justified in charging you a shipping fee of $1.85 for each of 9 different auctions, but that is in effect what he said he would do and what you agreed to pay. If you wanted different terms and conditions, you should have asked before you bid. After the auction is done, the deal has already been made. You never know the circumstances behind the fees. Some sellers make a living by selling stuff on eBay. They calculate a cost for shipping materials, postage and their time in preparing and mailing the package. They may use a service that does it for them and they are just passing the cost on to you. Most casino chip sellers on eBay, however, are just collectors and are very willing to combine shipping charges and do what you would do for them in a similar situation. But you can never be sure UNLESS YOU ASK BEFORE YOU BID.
