Greg-In 1997 when I purchased the 2 Admiral chips-I was told they were used by the President Casino. Later years someone posted on this BB that they came from a Casino in Russia.
If you look at .50c and $1 [old ones]in first scan-- The wording on those chips says: PRESIDENT Casino on the ADMIRAL-St Louis Missouri.
