I have to say I have tried at many times of day but had never mentioned that i was looking for the symbols. I will try that next time.

Regarding the Opera, i was there a couple of days before you and they were beautifully organised and the ramainders were handed back to them in exactly the same way! Somebody apparently did the same thing in Mahoneys, and rather than selling me racks, the two ladies insisted in going through the racks chip by chip and writing the purchases in their little book as they do. At least I know i didnt miss anything.
