Found this knockout feature matchbook from Escambron Beach Club and Hotel in Puerto Rico recently. The Gaming Table doesn't have a date, but Archie's P.R. chip book puts it in the 1960's.

Their chips were plain hot stamps, but the made up for it with pictures on their matches!
