I could be wrong Chuck, but if memory serves me correct, American Liberty is one of those companies that makes all those collectible coins out of silver nad markets them on television and the tabloids. You know the ones with the presidents on them, or the statue of liberty etc and Guaranteed valid Liberian currency! Possibly the dollar goes with the coin as their attempt to display value. Just my guess.
