Why would you not buy from overseas ebayers??

One of the problems regarding overseas buyers vs US ebayers is that most US sellers indicate 'WILL SHIP TO UNITED STATES ONLY'. In some cases I have established that this was an error on the sellers part, but they also dont realise that if they alsolist their items 'REGIONALLY' they will only show up to users or searches based on that region.

Ebay in the UK is also much newer than the US, so many collectors are only now discovering it.
