Yes, this is N1363. The reason that Ernie started putting "INCUSED" on Bud Jones DIECAR chips is the following:

Many of BJONES plastic injection-mold, coin inlay chips, were made several ways, with incused dice & cards and with printed dice & cards. Ernie wanted everyone to know for sure what the mold was meant to be. He wanted DIECAR to be associated with INCUSED, not to be confused with DIE4SUITS, or other molds. I can't think of any other mold that has been made both incused & smooth.
