These white Imperial Palace chips dated 1986 also showed up about 3 years ago, Gene. I'd like to find them for my collection if anyone has extras. I don't remember now where the scan came from... maybe an eBay auction?

The organization dates to 1983 and have held a Las Vegas convention seven years: 1984, 85, 86, 87, 88, 91, 95 and 2000 according to information on their web site. Last year it was in Northern Oregon.
