IMHO the best buffet in Atlantic City has to be the Virginia City Buffet located in the Wild Wild West Casino at Bally's Atlantic City. They have everything you can image from American fare including steaks, chinese, italian and a bevy of deserts.

Note: Because it is in the physically located in the casino you have to be 21 years of age or older to dine there.
