I've dealt with Al many times, and believe him to be a completely honest and trustworthy dealer.

What's missing is the exchange of correspondence between you (I'm not asking you to post it all here, Pete) that would help establish what's actually gone on.

I'm not accusing you of anything either, Pete, but I suspect that if you write to Al calmly and explain the situation, between the two of you you'll be able to remedy the problem.
