A lot of casinos did not start using cards with logos until the mid 1960's.

Many casinos used to give their used cards away just for the asking and some casino operations put an advertising sticker on the cards.

It's kind of interesting, currently many (not all) Washington card rooms put advertising stickers on their cards and give them away to their guests. Kind of reminds me of the old days in Nevada.
