I've never heard a good explanation of why this happened. Who would order the identical chip with three red inserts and again with a single green as half of one of the three red's? Both are long cane. Insert art appears identical. The single green version appears to me to be a lot scarcer but TCR values at only $20, so it's not likely an error.
