Humpback was brought up in an email that I received from another chipper and I am putting together all my records of dealings with him. I bought 4 dozen decks of cards from him back in July. I was surprised that the eBay listings are still available for those auctions and have saved them. I can't imagine what I could be suspected of except that someone might have fealt that they I was a shill(?) for that seller. I think though that in looking at the bid histories on the 4 auctions I was the first bidder on all 4 lots and a second bidder, both times the same person, on the Reserve cards, bid .50 cents under me and placed bids 7 hours before end in the first auction and. 3.5 hours on the second auction then didn't re-bid. Thus driving up my bid TO 50 cents of my maximum bid keeping me from getting the decks at $3.99, the opening bid. I seem to recall that I did bid on another lot of these cards a few weeks before that but lost on them. I Could make an argument that there may be a situation where my bid history on the other auction was used to try and drive up my bid for the second 2 sets? Maybe I am grasping at straws here. However I think it odd that if this is the connection, I who bought the cards, posesses the cards and lives almost 2000 miles away from the seller is the one that gets suspended but the other guy who came within .50 cents of my bid is still active? If they can suspect me, then why not suspect him. He may even be the one that bid on the previous set of cards that I lost also. I can't recall that though. I do recall that the other guys name stuck out when I saw it in the bid lists at the time. He had bid against me on another item or items. Could it be the other Reserve cards? I wouldn't know how to search for that information if it might still be available.

The other 2 cases of cards (Sunset Station and Sam's Town) were uncontested and I was the only bidder on those.
