Just got home a little bit ago from my confrontation with the judge and still no reply from eBay. This situation, unlike the spoofs that others have been getting, seems to be legit. My account has been suspended, my password and user ID has been blocked. See post below re: More Info?. My password is Invalid. My account is "Not a Registered User", and every time I attempt to sign on to eBay I get a pop-up that reads SUSPENSION NOTICE, and informs me that my account has been suspended for violation of eBay policies.

I did receive a mail from a reader here who pointed out that a seller that I had dealings with some time ago was suspended also. Maybe the two situations are connected. eBay, under their statements to me when I sent an email to them said that they would reply in 24hours. They have 2 hours left.
