They cost about 67c each. They are worth face value less the theoretical casino win percentage for the game you select. If you play a game with 3% win percentage (like roulette), they are worth about 97c each to someone who plays. To a collector, as with all chips, they are worth whatever the buyer and seller agree on. Generally chips that are still being offered at the casino are available from dealers at the same value as a current $1 chip. For obsolete Win Cards chips, it depends on the casino name, popularity, and how long they have been gone. Some older ones like the attractive Reno Ramada 1 sell for around $25.
