I went to the Brick post office today to file my $300 insurance claim and was handed a claim form by the asst. postmaster which clearly states that, "Claim May Not Be Filed Until 30 days or more after date of mailing. Claim must be filed by 1 year from date of mailing."

Since the package to Carl Cole was mailed on September 23, I have to wait until October 22nd before I can file.
