I have an HP Scanjet 5300C. Most scans come out OK but every time I try scanning a roulette or other smooth plastic chip the scanner prompts me that it can not be saved as color photo normal (150dpi) and saves it as color photo best (300 dpi) this results in a poor scan. Anyone know how to overcome this? TKS
