Carl I work for the Post Office and maybe I can help you. Contact Archie and ask him if the insurance number is printed on his receipt. You could send the package back to Archie and have him file the paper work. The only sticker they put on the package, is a blue sticker, and it has to be insured for over $50.01. If its insured for $50.00 or less, they stamp it with a red ink rubber stamp. If all else fails, call your local Postal Inspectors and report the prro service you are getting at your local post office.
