A small Put & Take punchboard . About 6 1/2" x 6 1/4", 300 holes, unpunched, the seal on the back has been torn, but the key is intact. for a Nevada fractional chip with a center inlay of roughly equal value.

I occasionally see punchboards like this at flea markets & antique shops priced from $35 to $75. Grossly inflated prices! The value of this one is more like $20 to $25.
