The original release of those chips were for a boat to sail from Crystal River, Fl. Sun Cruz could never get permission to sail from there as they would have to dredge out the inlet to get the boat from hitting bottom. The state would not allow it so the boat sat dormant. The chips first turned up on the Sun Cruz out of Port Carnrival, FL for high rollers/frequent players who went on the ship. If you are going to pin down the chip to a city, I do not think you can as Sun Cruz VIII sailed from SC and Jacksonville before moving to Johns Pass.......
