Hello all, two things about the "original" James Bond License to Kill Casino de Isthmus fantasy chips (the ones with the small [15/16"] inlays and hat-and-cane molds):

(2) are the 9 chips pictured below all the different denominations/inlay shapes known for these old Paulson chips (small inlay/H&C mold)?
