A. Yes, rec'd a bubble mailer but chip was missing from the bubble mailer. Someone wrote in ink on the back of the envelope: "Unsealed when rec R9 B-5" and a big white label was covering the flap where you open the mailer.

B. Package originated from U.K. and arrived via USPS. Seller called his post office and they said they would not have resealed the envelope nor would they have written that note on the back of it. I never did call my local post office to see if they would have done that. (see photo - the tear on the left I did while opening the envelope.)

C. Package was not insured. Seller eventually purchased another chip at the local casino and sent that plus an additional token for the trouble.
