Just received notification today of an insured package for $300 in which the padded bubble mailer was torn in half and all contents were missing. The chip was a Hard Rock numbered roulette I sold on Ebay in excess of $300 to Carl Cole. The U.S. POSTAL SERVICE was the carrier.
