A chip I just picked up from the 76 Auto Truck Stop in Las Vegas, NV. I cannot recall another Nevada chip that has a crest logo. Great looking chip. It is available for trade. It has table wear but is otherwise in great shape. TCR# N7960. Not in the Official U.S. Guide.
