I believe that this is N6607 and the general poor condition is because the chips were bought by the owner from another club and the centres changed to these (home made?) ones and then used in Sharkeys. TCR has this as a M value, although it's unclear as to whether this is for the chip in this state which I think is the norm, or for a perfect centre which there are probably not many of!
