While I agree with you, and lets say that casino items are Exonumia - things other than coins, I wonder mostly about any shippers policy on collectibles and antiques?

From the experience of others we have seen that UPS has two different answers, depending on who you ask.

What we need is a clear response from shippers, other than the USPS, whether they insure collectibles, for the price of the sale, which in my opinion is the actual value.

We have enough evidence of values to disprove their possible claim that a casino check, chip, plaque or token is only worth actual face value.
