Does anyone know who Morey Halpern is? Hum, I can make a well educated guess who Morey Halpern is?

I can’t find any information on Morey, is he a member of the CCGTC? He doesn’t seem to be posting on the boards but has bought plaques from Norm, Skip, Walter, and Dean.
