I mailed $30,000 in chips back to a consignor through UPS Store that is something still to do with Mail Boxes etc. in CA. It was a nightmare. They kept the package & called me the next day & I was gone. 2 days later I go there & had to open it up & show them the contents. THey said I shouldn't of left it but the girl took it & gave me my paperwork. I was told to take to a UPS driver next time. No way I said! Ya leave it with them in one of their open unguarded trucks, sure. I took photocopies with values to show them & then it was ok. Sender mails expensive baseball collections all the time & had no problem but a chip he mailed me once went to a wrong address & was insured, delivered & reciever was someone staying at the house & UPS made the sender eat it! That was $1200. He should of dumped them I felt but says over all they are the best. UPS needs to get ID on insurance packages as does USPS & they do till they know you.
