Not to poo poo on your parade but it is your strong belief that postal employees are incapable of stealing mail but if you look at the statistics there is a significant number of investigation by postal inspectors against postal employees for theft or other illegal activities.

Unfortunately I was recently the victim of mail theft, though I don't know if it was a postal worker but I do plan to report this incident to my local postal office and request a full investigation.

So Steven never say never because you don't know who is doing what.
