Ok, I admit there is a bad apple every so often in the Postal Service. But in defense I have seen machine mail slit just like a knife did it. Heavy mail will drop out, but sometimes chips aren't heavy enough to drop out of the sorting machines. Yes, theft happens, but it is rare. I have seen packages and letter show up a year late. They get stuck in the bottom of a sack and stay there. Yes, that is the fault of the Postal Service. But I still maintain that we, in the United States, have the best and cheapest postal service in the world.
