Carl: So far I am out over $700 Canadian from those "mysterious" Disappearing chips and cards, in one instance 168 chips in one hit. Twice I never had insurance, which is what set me back so much, but now, any transaction I do of anything over $25 I offer the option of insurance and advise I will not be responsible if it isn't purchased. The drawback is, up here, the cheapest Insurance you can get on a parcel with postage will set you back $10. As for insurance claims, well, the seller shouldn't be too upset, as it comes from the Post Office, so its not like they are out of pocket.
All I can say to end this off is: "If some postey ever shows up on here offering to sell a load of chips cheap, he better keep clear of me."
