Since eBay bought Paypal, things have been pretty smooth. No more holding accounts and refusing to release large sums.

Paypal credit cards are not available in some states. I don't know if it's the fees or some bank laws?

As far as collecting, paying, transfering funds out, I'm very pleased. My main problem is that since I have the money in there, I tend to bid on things that I wouldn't, if I had to come up with the cash from my personal checking account.

It feels like "free money"
