As best I know, and the vendors are not talking much, the major layout differences such as from #1 to #2 you show are because these two tickets are from two different slot machine vendors. Your last two #2 and #3 both seem to be from the same vendor but have detail differences. The casino has some control over what is printed ie: casino name, address, etc. so those differences my be local input. I have not been able to get any firm, factual data. FYI the heat printed side with bar code is considered the front and the printing press printed side with logos etc is considered the back.I am still trying to get enough info to do the "Fronts" chapter for my proposed catalog of TITO tickets.
