The bulk of the $3 State mandated parking fees in A.C. goes to the State, not to the individual casinos ... In fact, it was the State that just this year mandated a hike in the fee from $2 to a minumum of $3. Some properties, like Trump, bumped it up another buck on their own initiative to $4. Caesars and Trump Plaza routinely charge $10 and $15 parking in thier garages on busy weekends, or when their are major attractions going on in town. Call it whatever one wants... whether an admission fee or a parking fee ... it's still a state imposed tax.
I don't know of too many Las Vegas casinos that charge for parking. Most are free ... some with casino validation. The only free parking in A.C. that I'm aware of is at Sands and Borgata .... and only if you possess a premium players card.
