I was in Beatty, NV last week and picked up this chip from the cage at the Stage Coach. The person in the cage said these were new but not wearing well. I didn't realize it at the time, but when I went to enter it I noticed it was not in TCR and, more important, it has no location.

I thought all NV chips were required to have a location.Any thoughts from the NV mavens?
