Indiana used to charge for every cruise also but I just refused to get off. They never said anything and lots of people just stayed at their seats. There was only one time that they got really serious and said that unless you had a ticket for the next cruise you just had to get off. I ignored that one also and had no problem staying on. It took until last year before they convinced the government to let them just stay open all the time and not have the 2 hour cruises. I am sure that it has increased revenues for both the state and the casinos.
