Well kids, Im here at Harrah's in Joliet, IL. To my great surprise, Ive discovered that the casinos here in Joliet are now charging an ENTRANCE FEE!!! Can you believe it?? $5.00 per person, per visit. I am appauled.

Upon my check in, I was given two tickets which are entrance passes. The registration girl told me that this went into effect about 3 weeks ago, and was initiated by the casinos here in response to a tax increase. She went on to tell me that most of the Illinois casinos are doing this now.

I just dont know what to say. I'm in shock.

A few more notes on Harrah's Joliet....

As before, the Buffet stinks! But at least Harrah's is consistant in that realm.
