Ok, thanks for the input on my dilemna. I have reached a decision after several people told me I could UNDO the WARPS. I did it and its pretty darn good. I emailed the seller and told them the chips would not be coming back.
They did offer to send me my money AFTER my second email with the explanation that they were waiting for the chips to come back. I don't know how they made that assumption since I was left with the impression that it was TOO BAD!
Anyhow, I straightened the chips out and now have an interesting question to pose:
I agree with all of the comments about; if you clean, alter, fill, change or do anything to a chip that alters its "natural" state that you must tell a buyer that fact. Hands down! No arguement! Does undoing the WARP (returning the chip to its natural state) of a chip fall into that category?
I believe I would be under an obligation to tell a future buyer that this chip was warped and has been straightened! YES! NO!
