Borgata won't even allow kids accompanied by adult guardians to walk through the casino to patronize the restaurants or upscale shops on the promenade. Instead, they are intercepted at the parking garage elevators and stopped by security ... even if the family arrived by plane from overseas and arrived by cab to visit Borgata. Of course if one has a hotel reservation, that's another matter, but non-hotel guests with kids are not permitted.
