Thanks to Mike Dini, son of Joe Dini, the mystery of who "Angelo and Ugo" were is no longer a mystery.

I had previously posted this ashtray asking questions about where it was from.

Angelo was Angelo Sacchini and Ugo was Ugo Bunamici.

They had the Owl Club from 1956-1959. In the late 70's or early 80's the Masini family bought it and leveled it. It is now the site of Casino West run by their children Brian and Patty.
