In The Rise Of The Biggest Little City that the River Inn (no "s") was located at 9400 W. 4th, 5 miles west of Reno. In April '97 Holiday Spa Casino opened in the Rodeway Inn Motel. Changed hands and in '72 the Rodeway Inn was renamed River Inn. Bankrupcy filed in '78 and license ended Nov. '78. Development attempted with more financial problems and the building was boarded up in '82 and remains closed.
